PA/ Messenger Hours Terms: 1 A minimum of 2 Messenger hours is required for Allinque's On-The-Go personal assistant package.
2 PA hours can be swapped for Messenger hours, as needed, at a specified swap rate.

Rollover time:
Rollover time constitutes all unused hours over an annual contract period for Allinque's Lifestyle personal assistant package that can be carried over from one month to the next. Kindly be aware that not all lifestyle personal assistant packages offer rollover time as an option.

Allinque it On-the Go Payment Terms: We only accept cash, wire transfer, and credit card payments for our Allinque it On-The-Go personal assistant package. We require advanced payment to activate services for this personal assistant package.

Lifestyle Package Payment Terms: By signing up for Allinque's Lifstyle personal assistant package, you agree to financially commit to an annual contract under the options and conditions that follow:

1 Monthly Payments:
We only accept credit/debit cards for monthly payment schemes.
Initial charges: Sign-up fee + the first Month fee in advance.
Monthly charges: We charge a monthly fee at the beginning of every month of service.
Cancellation/Termination/Refunds: In the event of a cancelation of service, we charge a fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining contract value. We do not refund payments on fees paid, whether or not services are rendered during the contract duration.

For On-the-Go Hours and Basic Package:
No Commitment or contract period is required. In the event of cancellation of the service, we shall refund the full amount considering that hours have not been used for any task yet. However, if the hours has been partially used, refund will not be applied.

2 Annual Payments:
We only accept cash, wire transfer and credit cards for annual payments.
Initial charges: Sign-up fee + total annual subscription fee in advance.
Refund Policy: We do not refund payments on fees paid, whether or not services are rendered during the contract duration.
Cancellation/Termination/ Refunds: In the event of a cancelation of service, we will retain 50% of the remaining contract value and refund the balance.
