• Cancellation/Termination/ Refunds: In the event of a cancelation of service, we will retain 50% of the remaining contract value and refund the balance.

• For On-the-Go Hours and Lifestyle Basic Package: No Commitment or contract period is required. In the event of cancellation of the service, we shall refund the full amount considering that hours have not been used for any task yet. However, if the hours have been partially used, refund will not be applied.
